While in development of this site I came across a plugin I very much wanted to use called Rotating Tweets (Twitter widget and shortcode). I have to step back and tell you that I do not run WordPress on linux which is the most common platform as the servers for ETC have always been windows based. (we can fight about that later :)) Because of this from time to time I run into compatibility issues that can be a pain if were not for my network guy @geoffking and sometimes gracious attentive developers such as Martin Tod.
As you can see his response was impediate if we take into account he is in England and I am on the West Coast. His first response was to tell me were I could modify the code of the plugin and asked me to test it. When I had confirmed that the fix worked he actually went and added the functionality to the plugin. GREAT JOB…
